Just a 10-minute walk from the center of Woodstock, The Blue Pearl Woodstock is a fabulous living space for anyone seeking peace and quiet.
The cottage, recently renovated, is filled with light and accommodates up to four people.
Decorated by a French interior designer, this breathtaking 900 sq. ft. home has
two rooms plus kitchen and bath, and is elegantly furnished, painted in Tuscan tones, and has 20 ft. ceilings with three skylights. The living room and bedroom each have a gorgeous queen-sized bed and exquisite details.
Located on a quiet, dead-end lane, you will enjoy wonderful mountain views, your own outdoor garden setting for reading or relaxing, use of our large pool, and easy access to the splendor of the Hudson Valley.

Additional Charges
- All rates are are for two people only. Please add $25 per night or $125 per
week for a third or fourth person.
- $75 cleaning fee per week for stays of three nights or longer
Length of Stay
- Two-night minimum stay year-round
- Three-night minimum stay during holiday periods: New Year's, MLK Birthday,
Valentine's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Refundable Security Deposit
- $500 refundable security deposit for stays of less than one month
- $2000 refundable security deposit for stays of one month or longer
We work with a number of massage therapists, reflexologists, aromatherapists, healers, yoga teachers, and portrait artists. We also provide business coaching on innovation, creative thinking, and teamwork. Let us know if we can schedule a session for you and your party.

In the summer, free outdoor Shakespeare is offered by Byrd-on-a-Cliff theatre.
The Woodstock Playhouse offers a wide range of plays and concerts.
The internationally renowned Maverick Concert Hall is just a four-minute drive.
KTD (Tibetan) Monastery is five minutes away.
For outdoor enthusiasts there is hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, tubing, golfing, and great swimming in nearby lakes and streams (not to mention our own pool).
In the winter, there are three ski slopes (Hunter Mtn., Belleayre Mtn. and Ski Windham) all 30 minutes or less from Woodstock, and cross-country skiing right out your front door!
And if you want to stay close to home, Woodstock offers a wide variety of gift stores, galleries, boutiques, flea markets, exhibits, movies, music, restaurants, and local color.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to stay will result in a service charge equal to 25% of the rental fee. Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to stay will result in the loss of 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to stay will result in the full charge of the reservation. However, we will refund up to 75% of the rental fee, if the cottage is re-booked.
From the North:
Exit the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) at Interchange 20 (Saugerties). Turn left onto Route 32
South and right onto 212 West. Go about 9 miles and enter Woodstock. At the center of town turn right onto
Rock City Road. Go 1/4 of a mile and turn left onto Lower Byrdcliffe Road. Take your second left onto Wiley Lane. The
Blue Pearl Woodstock is the second (smaller) building on the left. Park in the driveway. To register, come to the main house and ring the
bell.
From the South:
Exit the New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) at Interchange 19 (Kingston). At the rotary take Route 28
west to Pine Hill. Go about 8 miles and turn right onto 375. Turn left onto 212 and in the center of Woodstock
turn right onto Rock City Road. Go 1/4 of a mile and turn left onto Lower Byrdcliffe Road. Take your second left onto Wiley
Lane. The Blue Pearl Woodstock is the second (smaller) building on the left. Park in the driveway. To register, come to the main house
and ring the bell.
